Hashbrown Casserole


2      lb pkg frozen hashbrowns              1 stick butter

1 t salt                                               1 can cream of chicken soup

1 c chopped onions                              1 pt sour cream

8 oz grated cheddar                           2 c cornflakes

 

Preheat oven to 350°.   Mix ingredients together and put in greased 9 X 13 pan.  Bake for 1 hour.

 

Yield: 12 servings                               Prep time: 20 minutes + baking time
