POINT TABULATION

In an effort to make the program as easy and simple as possible, points have been assigned
in the following ways:

Scheduled Activities – Participation at any of the scheduled activities earns points. See list for
more details.

Exercise – Participation in any of the listed activities earns points, depending on time spent.
Activities are broken down as Vigorous or Moderate Activities. The points listed below are for
20 minutes of continuous participation in a designated activity.

Vigorous Activities - Activities that require continuous and/or vigorous activity for an

extended period of time (Examples: Circuit Training, Aerobics, Cross-Country Skiing,
Swimming)

Moderate Activities - Activities that require constant moderate or vigorous bursts of

energy (Examples: Skating, Badminton, Laser Tag, Ping Pong, Walking)

Wellness Blog – Post a healthy recipe or a review of a wellness/health article to the Wellness
Blog and earn 10 points for each post.

Community Service – Participate in college or community events and earn 10 points each time.
Participants must provide proof of participation in order to qualify.
