slices white bread cubed

grated cheddar

mushrooms (optional)

Italian seasoning
Drain
sausage on paper towel. Combine eggs, milk and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 X 13 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven
to 350°. Bake for 1 hour.
