chicken cooked or 4 c cubed turkey or chicken

can water chestnuts, drained and sliced 3
c cooked rice

can mushrooms 2 can
cream of chicken soup

T lemon juice

c mayonnaise 6 hard
boiled eggs (sliced)

crumbled potato chips for topping
Preheat
oven to 400°. Combine everything except
mayo, water, eggs and potato chips. Mix
mayo with water and add to mixture.
Gently stir in hard boiled eggs.
Turn into greased 9 X 13 baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes. Then turn
oven down to 325° and bake for 45 minutes.
