Breakfast Casserole



1 ½ c sausage browned
9 beaten eggs
3 c milk
1 t salt
3 slices white bread cubed
1 c grated cheddar
½ c onion
½ c mushrooms (optional)
1 t Italian seasoning


Drain sausage on paper towel. Combine eggs, milk and salt.   Add remaining ingredients.  Pour into 9 X 13 baking dish.  Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350°.  Bake for 1 hour. 
Yield: 12 servings
